What is the project?

This planning project is funded through a grant from the DCNR Community Conservation Partnerships Program.

A Swimming Pool Complex Feasibility Study is a professionally prepared study to determine community support, market characteristics, physical/structural assessment and the legal and financial capability to rehabilitate, manage and sustain a swimming pool complex (including the pool, bath house, concession stand, parking, and other site amenities). The Feasibility Study is a prerequisite for submission of a future grant application for development of a swimming pool complex. Our hope is that with the completed feasibility study, we will be able to apply for future grant funding to renovate and improve the pool.
