- Rental of the grove pavilion does not include any admission to the pool. The fee provides renter with sole use of the pavilion for the entire day.
- All outside food, including crockpots and warmers, and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.
- There is no parking allowed in the grove area. Cars may be unloaded but then should be moved to the grove parking lot accessible off of Third Street.
- No Parking in Grove.
- Firewood is NOT provided.
- Requests for rain dates or alternate dates will not be honored.

- Party includes entry for 20 guests (adult or child).
- All parties include a hot dog or slice of pizza and a drink for each guest.
- Additional guests can be added with payment on the day of the event, $8/each including drink and pizza or hot dog. Season Pass holder $3/each including drink and pizza or hot dog.
- No outside food or drinks allowed except for a cake, bagged chips/pretzels; PMPA does not have availability to refrigerate any items.
- Renter must provide office with a list of guests prior to the start of the party so that the office staff can check guests in as they arrive.
- Pavilion is available only during normal pool hours (Monday-Saturday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Sunday 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm).
- In the event the pool is closed due to weather a refund can be issued or another day can be picked. IF THE POOL IS OPEN NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
